I'm behind in my movie watching and I guess I only watch when I have the time. Saw Faster last night with The Rock in the lead roll. Just another violent movie.

The Hobbit.

Now I love Professor Tolkien's work, hey I got a copy of Unfinished Tales for Christmas, but I wasn't a fan of the Lord of The Rings movies! That said I LOVED the Hobbit, yes it is a little too long but it managed to capture the same kind of wonder found in the novels!

I watched 2 movies that are nominated at the Oscars:
"The Sessions", with Helen Hunt: very good, it's a beautiful and touching story
"War Witch", a Canadian movie (in French "Rebelle"): it's a sad movie, about a young girl who becomes war child. This movie is in the "Best Foreign Language Film" category.
