Re: Last concert you went to
Just realised I created a new thread when there was one already That goes to teach to search first next time
Aww...how cute!!! I was kind of hoping she would come out to sing Broken Strings with him, but that didn't happen

Lol it's ok, both topics were made in separate forums and I merged them here

Speaking of Adam, I didn't know he was here in our country until very late last night. That's another one I missed. Ah, the perils of not giving a sh*t about the local entertainment news...Kaleysuncle wrote:My friend Holly, her mom Kim, and I attended Adam Lambert's Glam Nation show in Knoxville on July 6th...

KT Tunstall, tonight at Cambridge. First show of the tour. I found the recent album a real disappointment after the second which I thought was brilliant. To may of the tracks on the new one sound derivative to me. One sounds like Kylie Minogue, one like Stevie Nicks, and the beautiful songs have been replaced by boppy poppy stuff. However they do come over better live, and the show was truly excellent. So good in fact, that after we came back I booked for another show in London next March. One of the better shows I've been to in recent years.

KT Tunstall again, last night in London at the HMV Forum. Very good. I don't see her mentioned a lot on here.

I have a few upcoming Gigs:
Thursday 26th of May: Rachael Sage - I'm really really REALLY excited about going to see her again! Its been three years since the last time and really thats too long! ;-)
Friday 8th to Sunday 10th of July: Priddy Folk Festival - Been twice before to this festival and its always awesome!
Sometime in August: Bellowhead - A folk band thats getting a big following here in the UK. My brother booked the tickets so I'm not 100% sure when the date is..

My last was the Sarah concert in Chicago, but seeing Sarah Jarosz in May. I think I might pick up some Austin City Limits tickets this year too.

And it was AMAZING!!!! <3 It was a small (but beautiful)venue and a small crowd so it felt really special. And Rachael is such a lovely person. Me and my Mum both talked to her after the show, when she thanked us for coming and she is one of the nicest most down to earth people you will ever meet. I got my copy of her last CD signed as well! <3Crazylitstudent wrote:Thursday 26th of May: Rachael Sage - I'm really really REALLY excited about going to see her again!
