You can watch Sarah's performance at The Women's Conference here.

It's towards the end of the grand finale video, right after Oprah. Hopefully, someone can record Sarah's portion and post it here.

In an article about Honour House and Sarah's performance:
A fundraising gala for Honour House two weeks ago was an emotional evening that brought even the most stoic to tears.
The Patron General of Honour House, Rick Hillier, had arranged for the evening to be simulcast to Canadian troops serving in Afghanistan, who, along with those attending the event at the Sheraton Wall Centre, had the privilege of watching Sarah McLachlan perform “Love Come,” a song she has dedicated to Honour House.
Her rendition of “Angel” also moved the room to tears, which seems to be a particular talent of McLachlan’s, who during her performance thanked the paramedics who saved her life several years ago after she suffered an ectopic pregnancy and collapsed.
That's quite sad to know, but she seems happy with her 2 daughters now.

Musicians Sarah McLachlan and David Archuletta, Bones Actors Tamara Taylor and John Francis Daley, and The Simpsons Yeardley Smith Get Ferocious for Felines

PSA Campaign Launches During Nat Geo WILD's First Annual Big Cat Week Beginning Monday, December 6, 2010

WASHINGTON, Dec. 6, 2010 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Another celebrity causing an uproar? This time, it's not reckless antics or drunken escapades! In a new PSA launching Monday, December 6, 2010, during Nat Geo WILD's Big Cat Week, celebrities including musicians Sarah McLachlan and David Archuletta, "Bones" actors Tamara Taylor and John Francis Daley, and "The Simpsons" Yeardley Smith join forces to "cause an uproar" in support of big cats, which are disappearing at alarming rates.

Intercut with the celebrities shouting "Cause an uproar!" and images of lions, leopards, cougars and tigers flashing teeth, the PSA calls for viewers to join National Geographic's Big Cats Initiative, a long-term commitment to help find solutions that will stop big cats from disappearing forever. McLachlan, an avid supporter of animal welfare, narrates the PSA. This is the first in a series of PSAs expected to launch over the next year. Individual Big Cats PSAs highlighting the plight of specific species will also feature the celebrities as well as Nat Geo WILD talent Casey Anderson, Mireya Mayor, Beverly and Dereck Joubert, and Brady Barr.

The PSA campaign coincides with the new website CauseAnUproar.org (designed by JESS3). The site, launched Dec. 3, includes key video shorts highlighting the plight of the big cats, the rationale for working together to save them and efforts being undertaken by National Geographic. The site also offers simple steps people can take to help "Cause an Uproar." Then, on Monday, December 6, 2010, Nat Geo WILD kicks off its first annual Big Cat Week, a seven-night television event featuring stories of nature's fiercest felines from some of the world's best natural history filmmakers. Over the next year, the initiative by Nat Geo WILD and the National Geographic Society will continue to grow in scope and execution, with new elements announced as they develop.
