Award Show Appearances

We can use this thread to discuss any previous and upcoming appearances at award shows, whether it's music or other form of entertainment.

I don't think this showed up in any of the Google Alerts but I caught this before Facebook deleted the event last week. I figured it was canceled and apparently it wasn't. Sarah was invited to attend the 2010 Producers Guild award show in Hollywood and performed "When She Loved Me" with Randy Newman
This event took place on January 24th, 2010.

And of course they got her name wrong for the zillionth time

God, they've been committing that hideous mistake for more than a decade now lmao! Nothing can top Jay Leno's "McClannahan" though (or is it Letterman?) :lol:

I wish there is a video out there since she rarely sing that song live...

You can register to Wireimages, but you will still see watermarks on the pictures (unless you pay for your account).

It's not really an award show, but it's an award!

Did you know that last year, in May, Sarah received a Honorary Doctorate from Emily Carr University (Vancouver)?

To make a long afternoon short, I’ll give the highlights; Pyramid Power, Sarah MacLachlan, and Stan Douglas received honorary Degrees from ECU and attended the ceremonies to be awarded his and her doctorates. Instead of giving a long winded speech, McLachlan performed a song. It was very rememberable, she is truly a classy lady.

Doctor Sarah!! Thats cool! :geek: I'm jealous of her because I'm such a long way from getting a Doctorate at the moment!
