That's a great collection! :D There are some items I don't have (I'm more into collecting pictures and I have tons of digital music files).
Thanks! :)

So, if I'm looking for a specific digital music file, I should ask you?! Well, let me take this opportunity... ;) :) Do you have a mp3 or something like that of the song Possesion from Afterglow Live DVD??? It's such a shame they didn't included this version on CD.... :|
Is it this one?

That’s a great collection so far, Luus!

I recommend getting The Box Set Series that has 4 CDs. The packaging is purple. It’s like an expanded version of Essential Sarah McLachlan with a few more remastered versions of the earlier songs.

Discogs is such a great place to find rarities. Are you in the U.S.? SLCD.com and Musicstack.com are others sites I recommend for picking up CDs.

Right now I am collecting sealed copies of main albums. Especially original ones, as there’s always reprintings/re-releases. I only need Canadian “Touch” and “Solace” to have a complete collection :D

This is part of my collection. I stopped scanning a while back, though I really havenmt added that much

So has anyone managed to find anymore rarities since we last chatted?

There has been so little released its getting tougher and tougher isn't it!

Graham.

No, nothing unfortunately.

However, if you're interested, there's this eTown time-capsule featuring Sarah:

As we continue with #eTown's special 30th anniversary series, we resvisit a #TimeCapsule from 1994 featuring musical guests Richard Thompson and Sarah McLachlan, plus eChievement Award Julie Weier. It's a classic eTown not to be missed!

Nothing new for me. Since my last post on here I’m still missing sealed original Canadian copies of Touch and Solace!

I did buy a press kit. It was a mixed amount of items and not from a particular/singular release. It had a postcard (pic is the Possession single). A pamphlet with Sarah’s worldwide discography from 1988-1996. A 1996 murmurs newsletter, issue #7. A year-end letter from Sarah that appears to be from 1995. A catalogue for mail-in orders. And a press photo from 1996, possibly early 1997.

I think I remember purchasing a few murmurs newsletters a couple years ago. I don’t know if it got cancelled on me or maybe I put it somewhere and I can’t find it. All I know it’s been puzzling me for a while :?

I’ve just received a sealed copy of the Nettwerk promo CD “New Release Synchronization Sampler” from Canada. There’s another copy available on ebay. It has a different mix of Silence! I was going to keep this sealed but now glad I opened it.

It’s more electro-techno and a bit much more eerie sounding than the version we’re used to listening to. The gregorian chant in the intro is much longer too. Hopefully I can put it up soon? I currently have no PC access at the moment

In the insert it says “From the album Karma, due spring 1997.” So maybe this was the intended original release until they remade it. I don’t own a copy of the original release of Karma so I can’t tell if this version is on there. I only own one single copy of the Silence single (used to promote the movie “Bounce”.

I’ve lost count with how many mixes of silence there are. They seem to do new ones every few years.
