Trivia/Notes

– The song was originall recorded by Ladysmith Black Mambazo together with Paul Simon for his groundbreaking “Graceland” album (personal favourite of the webmiss too). Paul Simon is mostly known for his work with Art Garfunkel as the folk duo Simon & Garfunkel. Sarah has stated in many interviews that Simon & Garfunkel are one of her most important musical influences and she also covered one of their songs live (For Emily,…) earlier in her career.
– Sarah and Ladysmith Black Mambazo performed “Homeless” live on the Ellen Degeneres Show and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
