Yay, it's almost Christmas! Who's enjoying the Christmas albums now??
Which do you like the most and why?? Which songs are your favorites?
Well, I cannot choose which album is my favorite. That really depends on my mood. In my opinion they are two different albums in terms of music. Wintersong is more modest, while Wonderland sounds more cheerful. So when I need some rest and relaxation, I listen to Wintersong. When I want to be cheered up, I listen to Wonderland.
Fortunately, we have an advantage on Spotify that you can create your own playlist, so I put both albums on 1 playlist and I put the playlist on shuffle mode.
My favorite songs... Well, I almost like all of them, but if I want to hear some Christmas songs, then these are my favorites (in random order):
- Wintersong --> this is absolute my #1 favorite!!
- Happy X-mas (War Is Over)
- I'll Be Home For Christmas
- What Child Is This? (Greensleeves)
- Angels We Have Heard On High
- Winter Wonderland
- Let It Snow
- Songs For A Winter's Night
- Go Tell It On The Mountain
- Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas
- In A Bleak Mid Winter
- River
- Huron Carol
- Away In A Manger

You're so beautiful with an edge and charm
But so careful when I'm in your arms

Re: Wintersong vs Wonderland
Choosing is impossible!!
I'm using Spotify a lot these days (it's easy, it's playing in the background when I'm playing with the baby), so I just start a playlist that features both albums. Sometimes, I can't even remember which songs go on which album!
Edit: And now, I have "Let It Snow" in my head

Re: Wintersong vs Wonderland
Well Luus, it’s definitely Wintersong for me. I took me several years to love this album, mainly because I looked upon it as a folly. I really didn’t like it. Now however, I love it.
