Does anybody know where and when this was shot? It appears to be a downtown studio, probably for a radio or TV show, perhaps? I'm guessing this was taken from videotape since the quality is low, so maybe it was a TV interview show. Perhaps during the Solace tour, in 1992.

Hey Ed, my guess is that it was recorded in Much Music' studios. The television host is Steve Anthony and he worked for Much Music from 1987 to 1995.
