I like it.. wonder if it's gonna make it to the new album or it's just for the musical.

Just got to listen to the song! It's a really sweet song - real musical material. Sarah sounds just right although I was expecting the orchestra to take it up a notch similar to Ordinary Miracle. Too bad it didn't but can't really complain (It's NEW Sarah material!!!). Can't wait for the mp3.

I was really happy to hear this!
I hope the King Kong production will release officially this version of the song because obviously, it's not a "home-made-singing-in-my-kitchen" performance we hear in the video. Maybe there will be a compilation of all the original songs created for the musical.

True, I like the quality of song. I think Sarah re-recorded it in the studio or some mixing was done to the song to make it sound "official"

I'm so thrilled to finally hear a new song after all these years! I'm crossing my fingers for a possible Broadway transfer sooner or later and I'm also hoping that they'll consider casting Kelli O'Hara as Ann Darrow but that's another story...

There is the possibility that they will sell promo CDs featuring songs from the musical during the early days of the run (including Sarah's version) but that hardly counts as "official". The most that we can hope for is for Sarah to release it as a single.

Well, we know now that the song will not be on the next album (according to Sarah latest tweets).

I would be surprised if it was released as a single, but it's possible. I just hope to have a better audio version of the song (other then the mp3 I ripped from the Youtube video).

Yes, I like it. But it is what it is, it's a song for a film. I don't feel it's representative of what SMcL is doing, or is likely to do. I don't think it's single material and I would be surprised if it were released.

(That's the kiss of death for that one then, released next week and Top20/Billboard the following week!!)
