Murmurs looks like it's gone. Could this have something to do with changing record company? She is still with the same management by the looks of it. Wonder if maybe she will try to change that and become more self reliant. It's the direction a lot of artists are taking.
Murmurs drew consistent feedback fron fans, and it seems like a strange time to close it now she is coming out of hibernation. There is a community tab where fans can post on her website though. Shame to see Murmurs bite the dust, although admittedly I rarely visited it.
I still wonder if there is really going to be a new album, or whether Lilith is it for this year. She is an unusual artist who does things her way. At times I think she has really good business sense, the way she makes the most of the few songs she has writen by constantly recycling and repackaging them. At others I do wonder what the game plan is. Wait and see.
Ellie, myself, and a few others on here are European. If she does a solo tour I can't see her touching Europe. Given the expense I wouldn't blame her. it's just not financially viable. I'm still saving to see her in Canada. I haven't gone off her so much I don't want to see her live. On a personal note it would be better if she does a solo tour next year. That certainly suits my circumstances better. But will the new album surface? Hmm.
I'm an opinionated old tosser and proud of it.
