Angel On Idol

I know many of us are tired of Angel but I believe Sarah was put down by the untalented Jennifer Lopez. 17 year old Idol hopeful Robby Rosen from LI sang a very pitchy and awful version of Angel. Steven Tyler praised it along with Lopez who said that he made his own choices with the song and Sarah made choices that she wouldn't have made. I don't even think that she knows her even though she said Sarah by first name.

"when you think of Sarah and how she did it, and then to hear you make choices I loved better.. that's such a huge accomplishment, you're just a very very special singer"

Really, JLO, really?

That kid should step away from the mic and do something else worthwhile because that performance was laughable!

So should she. She is no one to comment. I am glad I am not the only one who though he was bad and she was an idiot. Thanks for the direct quote.

Not a bad voice but this is DEFINITELY a really bad performance, not to mention the arrangement which sucks terribly. I don't mind people doing Sarah covers but it annoys me when those (like Steven Tyler) who've been in this business long enough to know what is decent or not praise a mediocre performance. JLo is a talentless hack anyway so her comment doesn't surprise me in the least.

Now, that's one more good reason for me to stop watching these talent search shows haha.
