Sarah's plans for after Lilith
Sarah's plans for after Lilith
Hey everyone!
I'm just wondering if any of you have heard about what Sarah's plans are for after Lilith? I'm kinda hoping for a LOI tour, I'd really like to see her again!
Cheers,
Erica

I kind of think that she will take a break with her family. she does deserve it. I sure hope that she does a solo as all of us wish the same. There was mention about Europe or was that all smoke at the moment. Other fans, in other countries, wish to see Sarah also. Man, everyone wants some of her. I really don't know what will happen next.

im hoping for a solo tour
Re: Sarah's plans for after Lilith
When Afterglow was released there was a tour, but as I remembered it there was quit a bit of publicity regarding the album release and subsequent tour. With the release of LOI the publicity/promotion was apathetic, and I'm been kind when I say that. I honestly don't think there will be a tour in Europe. I've always been upbeat in thinking that I'd get to see her in the UK, but no more.
Re: Sarah's plans for after Lilith
To put it all in a nutshell, I'm sure you will all agree that the Lilith Tour for 2010 has been anything but a success. Many cities took the hit with cancellations and poor attendence. Not the fault of the people though, as they were eager to participate in what was suppose to be the concert of the summer. Just bad organisation and that lead to bad vibes which led to singers pulling out for various reasons. Most of us got hit good as our summer was planned around this beautiful event which fast became an ugly nightmare. I feel sorry for Sarah and believe me she is a trooper in my book. She kept up with that great smile of hers and kept that show rolling with the people she had. We are all aware that she knew of the difficulties and pending flop of the tour. What will she do next! We all have our ideas and yes, they are our ideas. Probably take time off but will she bury herself for a number of years again. Her album is fresh and new so I guess she might promote that. Will she listen to her management section again. What I feel sad about here is the fact that even this board has taken a hit. Less people talking about and seems to be a quietness among us. It is like the big wave is over. The buzz is gone and we are holding on to whatever comes around now. Well, of course, that is only my observation of the present situation and I know we have a great and good group here. We will get by and somewhere there will come new and interesting bits of info or rumors for us to talk about and use our wit to disect and pronounce new theories. God Bless you all.

Oh perish the thought! Sarah once said in an interview that she's planning to visit SE Asia by next year and I'm very much looking forward to that. I'm actually saving money as early as now for front row seats lol!Empirejim wrote:Probably take time off but will she bury herself for a number of years again.
Regarding Lilith, I couldn't agree with you more but I'm not in a position to say that it's tanking. I'll just keep my fingers crossed for a solo tour.

Re: Sarah's plans for after Lilith
There was some talk about an in-door Lilith tour of the UK, but with the problems faced by the North American version and the fact the album completely flopped here I have my doubts that this will happen. I do however remain hopeful that they decide to relaunch LOI here with some proper promotion and a solo tour!
Re: Sarah's plans for after Lilith
good topic...
i'm hoping for a solo tour as well because i'm not really looking forward to lilith after they canceled my nearby cities... now i'm faced with a 5 hour drive, DC traffic, hotel lodging... all for a 50 minute set of sarah plus lawn tickets are high ($57). it would be different if i liked the rest of the artist lineup.
i hate that sarah has us gambling on whether or not we will see her live but i can understand why if she feels that announcing a fall solo tour would take away from lilith sales. i certainly wouldn't bother with lilith if i knew she was launching a fall solo tour. someone mentioned that the boards are a little quiet... i agree but i also feel that promotion is at a stand-still right now so there is no buzz. sarah is busy playing lilith but i do hope that she doesn't end all promotion after it ends, even if she decides not to tour. i don't think sarah has earned her break just yet... keep in mind that she has had plenty of time off. if she doesn't offer a solo tour to promote LOI then i feel that we were a little cheated with this release. i remember my love being renewed after i saw sarah live... the excitement in waiting those couple months for the show with those tickets in hand... and that souvenir DVD/CD combo that usually surfaces after the tour.

Re: Sarah's plans for after Lilith
I'm pretty sure that they are going to do lilith again for a couple of summers. At least that was the plan at the beginning. Of course since lilith has been kind of a flop maybe they will rethink that. I'm thinking that they keep doing it in hopes that is gets more oomph as it goes. Who knows. I'm praying for a solo tour, and since she only tours summers, i don't think its quite as taxing. Maybe she'll just keep going!
