I've decided that this is the year of gratitude for me. Its easy to get caught up in all the small bullshit and noise that can really weigh me down- all put into beautiful perspective when I stop and take a good look at my life. I have my health, my wonderful, loving family and great friends, a job that nourishes and rewards me both spiritually and financially, a roof over my head- the positives go on and on. The act of being grateful is, in itself, rewarding and a great way to start ones day.
