Re: What's Next For Sarah
Has anybody any news, regarding new music, tours or shows?
I can see things are very quiet regarding SMcL, however unless she's planing on quiting altogether, it seems strange that there's nothing out there at all.

Re: What's Next For Sarah
Hi Q,
I've heard on an interview that she is planning to work on a new album this year, but all I know about her at this moment is that she will spend her b-day on Hawaii, and won't go to the Grammys...

Sarah McLachlan set to return to Luther Burbank CenterMcLachlan is working on a new record, with roughly 14 songs in various stages of development. “So yes, there is an album coming. It’ll probably be the last one, because I’m not sure if people even put out albums anymore.

I hope Sarah keeps her word and releases the album as soon as possible.Karine wrote: ↑Fri Jun 10, 2022 6:12 pmSome news regarding new music

It's less to hear that it could be the last studio album. I think so much has changed in the music industry.
But let's hope she will tour again, and not only in Canada and America. I really want to see her live. So let her come to Europe too! Fingers crossed!!
You're so beautiful with an edge and charm

Re: What's Next For Sarah
I'm really behind though. I saw that she sang a new song during a recent concert, but I had no time at all to listen to it. I could go see her in Ottawa this summer (Gatineau, the city where I live, it's right across the city of Ottawa), but it's a festival. That means: arriving early to have good seats, staying in the sun for hours, not knowing when I will go back home. My youngest is 10 months old and I'm still nursing her. That's important and precious to me, but it also means I have to get up early in the morning and be there before she goes to bed. So... no Sarah concert for me this summer.

Re: What's Next For Sarah
It feels like it’s getting longer and longer between musical releases.
I feel that albums 1 - 5 were so progressive and since then she has stalled a bit (some cracking tunes - just nothing ground breaking)
I feel her new label just aren’t invested in her.
Al those E.P’s we used to get, remixes, live albums - even the odd b-side or bonus track.
Now it’s the bare minimum
I need my new Sarah fix
