Oh yeah, this is an amazing performance and the sound of the video is very good! Sarah was great, but I agree that Loreena McKennitt has a more powerful voice (at least in this song). :D
Is Andrea Corr really singing in the last chorus part? She doesn't seem to, she's not singing in her microphone... :?

It's a small clip, but we can see the scene here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xbf-7G9M4-8

OMG!!! She was what, 19 or 20 in these videos? That's funny! :)
It's great to see her singing with the October Game.
Thank you very much for sharing it with us. For me, this "1st maritime music awards" seems more like a private party than a real award show! :D

You should watch this, "Vox", 1989:

The man who speaks is French, not a Canadian from the province of Québec: he can't pronounce correctly her name, the name of the song is wrong and he says "touch" as we would say "putsch".
Was this the first attempt to succeed in Europe?

If anyone missed it, the Yamaha concerts uploaded by Ellen were singled out by the official Sarah McLachlan Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/sarahmclachlan ... 6743839872

Good job / Congrats!

Thanks! Yeah I saw that and I'm still quite... Ehm.. WHOO-HOO! :D I mean, besides the fact that Sarah linked one of the videos, it got me alot more subscribers on YouTube and I sure hope alot more (site)visitors!

To stay on topic: I really think the Yamaha performance was great, with the whole ensemble-orchestrathing behind her - it added so much more to the songs :)

Yeah! I just saw this last evening! Bravo! :D
It also means that someone from Sarah's team probably check your website (unless they just searched for it on Youtube)!

I like that jazzy version of Adia, with the orchestra!

I don't think so: the tour will probably be next year, after the release of her next album (which is supposed to be in Fall).
