Just Like Me with DMC

We all know Sarah did a song with DMC; Just Like Me. Another song which I also like, especially they used the song Cat's In The Cradle of Harry Chapin. On YouTube I found how DMC came up with the song together with Sarah and what the story of the song was (adoption). I like the story as well.
Somewhere I heard or read that there is a video clip of Just Like Me, but I can't find it on YouTube. I did find a small piece of clip, of which I knew, there had to be something more. This is a small clip which I found on YouTube:

I wonder if any of you know about this and if anyone has the Just Like Me video clip? Or even ever saw the video clip??
But I found a CD / DVD from DMC with this song on it and took a gamble and bought the CD / DVD of DMC with this song on it. Today I received the CD / DVD, and I'm glad I took the gamble! The video clip of Just Like Me is on the DVD. The video clip is not really that you say: Wow !!! The video clip speaks for itself; it tells the story of DMC (his adoption and his childhood). But it's nice to see Sarah in someone else's video clip. I don't know if any of you have ever seen the video clip, but if I have to describe it, just let me know!
There are also two short clips (each about 10 minutes or so); one tells how the song came about (the small part which I found on YouTube is in it), with short clips and photos taken in Sarah's studio in Vancouver and a very small 'interview' with Sarah.
Another was a kind of 'making of' of the video clip, which told how people came to the storyline for the video clip, with photos and short clips of Sarah here and there.
Does anyone know of the existence of these kinds of clips? Has anyone ever seen it? I've never seen it, except for that tiny bit I found on YouTube, so I was happy with the DVD.
Also does anyone know when this song was recorded? Was it in 2004?? The CD / DVD of DMC was released in 2006...
