I was just thinking that it would be good to have a list of Sarah's songs that have been used in TV shows and movies. Yeah I know we could just look at the soundtrack pages on solaced.info but they don't always put every song from a movie or TV show on the soundtrack CD so this our chance to have a mostly complete list of songs that we know have been used.
NOTE: There is at least one case with X-Files: Fight The Future were Sarah is on the soundtrack BUT NOT in the movie. So that one dosn't count okay? ;-)
Okay I'll start with the songs used in Due South as its one of my favourite shows and I always have a big grin on my face when I wacth an episode with Sarah's music on! :-D
Uphill Battle (Episode: They Eat Horses, Don't They?)
Fear (Episode: A Cop, A Mountie and a Baby)
Steaming (Episode: Gift of the Wheelman)
Possession (Episode: Victoria's Secret)
Possession (piano version)(Episodes: Victoria's Secret & Flashback)
Fumbling Towards Ectasy (Episode: Victoria's Secret)
Plenty (Episode: Letting Go)
Song For A Winters Night (Episode: Hunting Season)
Full of Grace (Episode: Call of the Wild part 1)

Buffy the Vampire Slayer:
Full of Grace (Becoming Part II)
Prayer of St. Francis (Grave)
^ Probably my favorites
Queer as Folk:
Touch (It's played at a wedding, that's all I remember)
Plenty (Also played during season 2, I believe the finale)
I also know she's been played in several episodes of Charmed. Maybe K can cover that.

Okay this isn't a TV show or a movie but I think it must be the most bizarre use of a Sarah song ever!!!!
A remix of World on Fire is featured on the video game FIFA Football 2005!! *shock*

I didn't know that one haha!
But for me, the most utterly morbid use of a Sarah song (Fumbling Towards Ecstasy) is in a Canadian film about necrophilia entitled Kissed. I came across the info some years ago while doing some research on FTE (album). I didn't watch that movie since the subject matter fills me with horror lol.

For Charmed, I found :
Feats of Clay (season 1, ep. 11)
Good Enough
P3 H20 (season 2, ep. 8)
I Love You
Used Karma (season 6, ep. 13)
Fallen
Imaginary Fiends (season 7, ep. 20)
Fallen (Dan The Automator Remix)

Fear was played on the pilot episode of Roswell and I know I Love You was also played on a first season episode, I just don't remember which one (Roswell was the reason I took interest in Sarah's music).
I also remember Building A Mystery being played at some point during the unaired pilot of Charmed (don't know if that counts).
