A new tour date has been added to the Shine On tour! On July 1, Sarah will play at the Red Butte Garden in Salt Lake City! Pre-sale & VIP sale starts at 28 April.

The VH1 interview – the top 20 countdown, the one Sarah did right before her Live In The Vineyard concert – is online! I think it’s only for the USA, though I’m not sure about Canada.

Sarah’s part, aside of the intro, starts at 01:12:13.

Sarah will perform at a private concert, the fifth annual Elle Women in Music event.

The fifth annual Elle Women in Music event is April 22 at Avalon Hollywood. The private concert will feature performances by Angel Haze, Betty Who, and Sarah McLachlan, along with a DJ set by Rumer Willis.

It seems Christine Jensen, a Montreal-based jazz composer and saxophonist, has been working with Sarah on her new album! From this site:

“And the big news is I got to work with Sarah McLachlan on her new album, on horn.”

A jazz composer for Shine On, can we expect some jazzy songs? Yay!

Also, here are a few small gallery updates. During the Juno Awards, it seems Sarah also signed a guitar for auction for the Heart & Stroke Foundation:

In 2009, at the Benefit for the Desmond Tutu Charitable Foundation, she was with the magician Jamie D. Grant, having lots of fun with card tricks it seems!
