It seems Christine Jensen, a Montreal-based jazz composer and saxophonist, has been working with Sarah on her new album! From this site:
“And the big news is I got to work with Sarah McLachlan on her new album, on horn.”
A jazz composer for Shine On, can we expect some jazzy songs? Yay!
Also, here are a few small gallery updates. During the Juno Awards, it seems Sarah also signed a guitar for auction for the Heart & Stroke Foundation:
In 2009, at the Benefit for the Desmond Tutu Charitable Foundation, she was with the magician Jamie D. Grant, having lots of fun with card tricks it seems!
I also updated the Night Patrol Gala (from 26 February) gallery!

After the launch on E! News, it seems In Your Shoes is now fully online – almost everywhere! You can listen to it on a lot of sites, but I’m just going to link you to Sarah’s official site where you can listen to it in the Lyric Lounge. Enjoy!
The submissions for Solaced’s Fan contest is getting along pretty well! Have you entered yet??

It’s all over the internet:
Sarah McLachlan Debuts New Single “In Your Shoes”—Listen Now and Find Out Her Inspiration!
After a four-year hiatus, Sarah McLachlan has released the first single from her album Shine On, and the feel-good song titled “In Your Shoes” is sure to put a smile on your face while you’re tapping your toes to the tune.
To be honest, there’s no audio/video working for me so I guess it’s USA/Canada only (?). BUT, for those who can, check right here!! E! News also provides a nice back story on the meaning of the song and the upcoming tour.
