Sarah will perform on December 4th: The American Christmas Carol!
Tim Janis’s The American Christmas Carol celebrates its 10th year at Carnegie Hall. With full orchestra and a 200-voice choir, composer Tim Janis is joined by Grammy Award-winning musician Sarah McLachlan, actor-singer Ioan Gruffudd, and Zachary Levi. Additional performers include Dove Award-winner Cindy Cruse Ratcliff, The Montclair State University Symphony Orchestra, and The American Christmas Carol Choir.
Even better, besides this new show date, a few have been added for November and December:
28th November 2015: Seneca Niagara Casino Theatre, Niagara Falls, NY
29th November 2015: Ulster Performing Arts Center, Kingston, NY
1st December 2015: State Theatre, New Brunswick, NJ
3rd December 2015: Mayo Performing Arts Center, Morristown, NJ
5th December 2015: The Capitol Theatre, Port Chester, NY
On the 15th, Sarah performed for the opening of the Roundhouse Radio Station in Vancouver. She played Angel, In Your Shoes, and Adia. You can view Angel below, and here’s an article with also a short video as well as an image right here.
As for charity news: Sarah painted a bowl for the Winnipeg Harvast auction!

Some Sarah McLachlan School of Music updates! From this article:
Four inner-city schools in Surrey will be home to Sarah McLachlan School of Music programs within the next three years.
Sarah McLachlan is scheduled to appear at the Surrey Arts Centre on Sept. 22 from 6-8:30 p.m. to announce the creation of the programs in the city.
Also, I completely forgot to post about Sarah’s performance with Whitehorse (Aug. 14, Interstellar Rodeo show) and that she, as Sinead O’Connor could not make it to the show, played a cover of “Nothing Compares 2 U”:
