Sarah’s new website just launched! It’s looking pretty neat, with some cool pictures and photos, lots of info and more stuff. Sarah posted on her official YouTube channel a few videos for us to watch, one of them is…:

The new channel also has a video of Sarah singing on the ukulele one of her new songs, one Miguel posted earlier on the forum (and of course, I completely forgot about that!)

Karine also posted some charity work over at the forum: Sarah ccontributes to the AIDS Walk San Diego’s Social Media Campaign‏! The #AWSD campaign is basically a personal photo with the message “#AWSD” is.. and then their personal message. Here’s Sarah’s picture:

In a recent interview with ET Canada – about Barefoot in the Backyard – Sarah mentions she hopes her new album will be finished in December. The video also provides with some stuff of her Barefoot in the Backyard performance, so take a look! Here and here are also two pictures from that event.

A recent study published in the journal PLOS One found that people who exercise in natural settings enhance their creativity. No surprise then to learn that Sarah McLachlan writes songs in her head while trail running. But 45-year-old singer also takes part in sports that require more attention to the task at hand.

Another fan pointed out to me that there’ll be a release from Audio Fidelity, they’re releasing a SACD of Touch. You can already pre-order it on Amazon, it’ll be released around 01 October.
