Earlier she posted on Facebook about writing a song for the King Kong Musical in January 2013… though I can’t find the exact post anymore, I did find this on WSJ Speakeasy:

Well kind of. As I’m typing I’m downloading the last file available on my 4Shared account (for those who didn’t know, I use(d) 4Shared to give you guys most of the downloadlinks available in the Other Stuff section – mp3’s, videos, etc) and after that, deleting my account. Why?

Last week I received an email that two files available on my account were reported as abuse/illegal/not my own, you name it. Seems someone has been trying out the “report this as abuse” button on the site… No big, I thought, but I also knew more was probably coming since I had way more files on my account like that (they’re all Sarah-related files, go figure). The email from 4Shared gave me the options to delete and promise I had nothing else like that, or claim that they were my own files. Nope, not going to happen. Well, today I received my second email from them, and currently the abuse folder holds 8 files. Strike 3 and I’m out, so I decided to end it before they did… Which means:

– the downloadlinks in the Other Stuff/Multimedia section are mostly dead (besides the ones hosted on Solaced)
– all medialinks in the Media-Tour pages are dead as well
– I’m currently searching hard for a different solution. Any suggestions about how to get the multimedia archive up and driving again are welcome! I can’t store all the files here on Solaced, since they’re all together something like 5GB and I can’t afford that at my hosting company.

Well, as you can see, not very very bad news – it just kinda sucks. Oh well.
