Also, Sarah will be playing for a commercial for the Winter Olympics!

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — YCAA provided an MPC7 silent piano for the filming of an Olympics commercial, which will feature Yamaha artist Sarah McLachlan playing the piano. This is the Canadian singer/songwriter’s second promotion with the 2010 Winter games; she also headlined the one-year countdown concert on February 12, 2009. The Winter Olympics will take place in Vancouver, Canada from February 12-28, 2010.

Barefoot in the Backyard

Though not yet confirmed, it is said Sarah will play with Sheryl Crow and Neil Young (and others to be announced) on September 13. It’s called Barefoot in the Backyard and it is a fundraiser to benefit the Sarah McLachlan Foundation. Check for more information the website:
